RULES AND REGULATIONS REGARDING ONLINE & OFFLINE CLASS / ATTENDANCE / DRESS CODE & OTHERS :-
 
  1. Students shall receive an online link to join their respective online classes, a day before / on the day of their scheduled online class / or on the beginning of the month as per routine.
  2. Students must be present 10 minutes prior to the scheduled time of every Online class.
  3. Students should attend their Online classes wearing either the Udayan Kalakendra uniform or any colour Long Kurta, Salwar / Leggings. Skin coloured leggings shall not be permitted in class. Orna/Dupatta must be properly pinned and is compulsory for B & C Group students.
  4. Students entering Offline class after 15 minutes of scheduled time will be given attendance and will be allowed to watch the class, but without the permission of the class teacher the student will not be allowed to participate in the class.
  5. Guardians must stand in a queue according to the Roll number of their respective students when they leave for home after the Offline classes.
  6. For Offline classes it is mandatory for students to wear the specified Udayan Kalakendra uniform and I.D. Card.

    □ Students have to tie their hair neatly.
    □ Use of wrist watch, make-up or indecent attire is strictly prohibited for the students attending Online and Offline classes.
    □ Orna / Dupatta must be properly pinned and is compulsory for B & C Group students for attending Offline Class.
  7. For Offline Classes students of Udayan Kalakendra should collect their uniforms from the specified vendor as mentioned by the Institution.

    □ Boys will have to wear Guru collar white Kurta and Aligarhi pajama to attend Offline class.
  8. As per our rules for Online and Offline classes a minimum class attendance of 50% is required for promotion to the next class, at the end of the session / year.
  9. ONLINE & OFFLINE class Students of Udayan Kalakendra are not allowed to participate or take part in any dance programme or competition on any digital platform/ social media, without prior written application (e-mail/WhatsApp) and approval of the Principal.
  10. Parents/ guardians are prohibited from interfering/ helping/ interacting with the student during an ongoing online class. However, in the case of any technical difficulty, parents/guardians may offer assistance.
 
ক্লাস সংক্রান্ত নিয়মাবলি :
 
  1. Online ক্লাস- এ প্রতি ছাত্র ছাত্রী রুটিন অনুযায়ী প্রতি মাসে তার নির্ধারিত ক্লাসের আগের দিন/ ক্লাসের দিন/মাসের শুরুতে একটি লিঙ্ক পাবে- যার মাধ্যমে সে তার online ক্লাসে যোগদান করতে পারবে।
  2. Online ক্লাস শুরু হওয়ার নির্দিষ্ট সময়ের অন্তত ১০ মিনিট আগে ছাত্র ছাত্রীকে উপস্থিত থাকতে হবে।
  3. Online ক্লাস-র ছাত্র/ছাত্রীরা যথাযথ উদয়ন কলাকেন্দ্র-র uniform অথবা যেকোনো রঙের লম্বা কুর্তা, সালোয়ার/leggings পরে ক্লাস করতে পারে কিন্তু skin colour এর leggings পরে ক্লাস করা বারণ। B ও C গ্রূপের ছাত্রীদের ওড়না/দুপাট্টা পিন করে ক্লাস করা আবশ্যক।
  4. Offline ক্লাস শুরু হওয়ার নির্দিষ্ট সময়ের ১৫ মিনিট পরে ক্লাসে এলে ছাত্র/ছাত্রী attendance পাবে ও ক্লাস দেখতে পারবে কিন্তু শিক্ষক/শিক্ষিকার অনুমতি ছাড়া ক্লাস করতে পারবে না।
  5. Offline ক্লাসের শেষে যখন ছাত্র / ছাত্রীদের ছুটির সময় ছাড়া হবে তখন অভিভাবক/ অভিভাবিকাদের নিজেদের ছাত্র/ছাত্রীদের Roll নম্বর অনুযায়ী লাইন করে দাঁড়াতে হবে ।
  6. Offline ক্লাসে ছাত্র/ছাত্রীদের যথাযথ উদয়ন কলাকেন্দ্রের Uniform এবং ID Card পরে আসা বাধ্যতামূলক।

    □ চুল পরিষ্কার করে বাধতে হবে।
    □ Online ও Offline ক্লাসে হাতে ঘড়ি পরে বা কোনোরকম উগ্র সাজে/ পোশাকে ক্লাস করা যাবে না।
    □ B ও C গ্রূপের ছাত্রীদের ওড়না/দুপাট্টা পিন করে Offline ক্লাস করা আবশ্যক।
  7. Offline ক্লাসে উদয়ন কলাকেন্দ্র'র ছাত্র/ ছাত্রীদের উদয়ন কলাকেন্দ্র'র অনুমোদিত জায়গা থেকে Uniform নিতে হবে।

    □ ছাত্রদের সাদা আলিগড়ী পায়জামা ও গুরু কলারের সাদা পাঞ্জাবী পরে Offline ক্লাস করতে হবে।
  8. নিয়ম অনুযায়ী Online এবং Offline ছাত্রছাত্রীদের কমপক্ষে ৫০% attendance থাকতে হবে, নচেৎ পরবর্তী ক্লাসে উত্তীর্ণ হতে পারবে না।
  9. Online ও Offline ক্লাসের ছাত্রছাত্রীদের উদয়ন কলাকেন্দ্র ছাড়া অন্য কোথাও (online/offline/social media) কোনো নৃত্যানুষ্ঠান বা নৃত্য প্রতিযোগিতায় অংশগ্রহণ করা বারণ। বিশেষ প্রয়োজনে উদয়ন কলাকেন্দ্রর অধ্যক্ষের কাছে লিখিত আবেদন (Email/WhatsApp ) করে অনুমতি নিতে হবে।
  10. Online ক্লাসের সকল অভিভাবকদের অনুরোধ করা হচ্ছে, ক্লাস চলাকলীন কোনোপ্রকার যান্ত্রিক সমস্যার সমাধান করা ছাড়া কোনো ছাত্র ছাত্রীকে নাচ সম্পর্কিত কোনোরকম নির্দেশ দেওয়া বা সাহায্য করা বারণ ।
 
 
 
RULES AND REGULATIONS REGARDING PAYMENT OF FEES FOR ONLINE & OFFLINE CLASS :
 
  1. Monthly fees for Online/Offline students must be paid by the 30th/31st of the SAME month failing which Rs. 250/- shall be added as LATE FEE CHARGES from the first day of the next month. Eg. monthly fee of December must be paid by 31st December, else Rs. 250/- LATE FEE will be added on 1st of January.
  2. Reminders regarding monthly fee shall be sent only twice via WhatsApp in the respective WhatsApp groups. No reminder shall be given via phone calls from the institution.
  3. Payment of monthly fees shall be done only ONLINE through the official website of Udayan Kalakendra for the session 2026–2027. NO CASH PAYMENT IS ACCEPTED.
  4. No reduction of fees or extra classes shall be provided for a student’s period of absence for personal reason / medical treatment / examination and announced holidays of Udayan Kalakendra.
  5. Admission fee, Session Fee and Monthly Fee are Non-Refundable.
  6. For Offline Students if original ID Card is lost or damaged, a duplicate ID Card will be issued for a fee of Rs.100/- each. Delivery of ID Card may take time.
  7. Student is allowed to change his/her branch ONLY ONCE during a session by paying a Transfer Fee of Rs.250/-.
  8. A student can change from Offline to Online mode or Online to Offline mode ONLY ONCE during the current session by paying a Mode Change Fee of Rs.500/-.
  9. Since our yearly Session ends in the month of March, please do not make an advance payment for the month of April. The month of April falls under the next yearly Session.
  10. Barring National Holidays, Summer Vacation, Puja Vacation, Winter Vacation as mentioned in our Holiday List and any unforeseen events, students shall attend ONLINE & OFFLINE classes on their respective class days as per routine.
  11. Failing to pay fees for consecutive three months, the student shall be considered defaulter and will not be able to join his/her classes until the due is cleared fully including the late fine applicable in his/her case.
  12. Students taking New Admission and Re-Admission must submit 1 hard copy of his/her recent passport size photo to the office and must email the same photograph to udayankalakendra@gmail.com.
  13. All Branches and the office of Udayan Kalakendra remains closed on Thursdays.
 
 
মাসিক ফী সংক্রান্ত নিয়মাবলী :
 
  1. ছাত্রছাত্রীদের প্রতিমাসের ফী নিজ দায়িত্বে সেই মাসের ৩০/৩১ তারিখের মধ্যে দিয়ে দিতে অনুরোধ করা হচ্ছে। অন্যথায় পরের মাসের ১লা তারিখ থেকে ২৫০ টাকা Late Fee কার্যকরী হবে।
  2. সকলকে নিজের দায়িত্বে প্রতি মাসের Fee দিতে অনুরোধ করা হচ্ছে। উদয়ন কলাকেন্দ্রের তরফ থেকে কোনো Phone Call (Reminder) যাবে না। শুধুমাত্র মাসে দুবার WhatsApp Message যাবে।
  3. উদয়ন কলাকেন্দ্রের মাসিক Fee আমাদের website থেকে Online Payment-এর মাধ্যমেই করতে হবে। কোনো Cash payment নেওয়া হয়না।
  4. ঘোষিত ছুটি / পরীক্ষার কারণে / ব্যক্তিগত কারণে / অসুস্থতার কারণে ছাত্রছাত্রীরা অনুপস্থিত হলে মাসিক Fee মকুব হবে না।
  5. Admission Fee, Session Fee এবং Monthly Fee ফেরতযোগ্য নয় অর্থাৎ Non-refundable।
  6. অফলাইন ছাত্রছাত্রীদের I.D Card হারিয়ে গেলে বা নষ্ট হলে পুনরায় I.D Card-এর জন্য ১০০ টাকা জমা দিতে হবে। নতুন কার্ডটি পেতে সময় লাগতে পারে।
  7. ছাত্রছাত্রীরা নিজের শাখায় চলন্ত সেশনে শুধুমাত্র একবার শাখা পরিবর্তন করতে পারবেন ২৫০ টাকা Transfer Fee দিয়ে।
  8. চলতি সেশনে অনলাইন থেকে অফলাইন বা অফলাইন থেকে অনলাইনে mode পরিবর্তন করতে হলে Mode Changing Fee ৫০০ টাকা দিয়ে পরিবর্তন করতে হবে। বছরে একবার পরিবর্তন করা যাবে।
  9. আমাদের Yearly Session এপ্রিল মাসে শুরু হয়ে মার্চ মাসে শেষ হয়, দয়া করে পরবর্তী Session-এর এপ্রিল মাসের ফী মার্চ মাসে দেবেন না। এপ্রিল মাসটি নতুন Session-এর আওতায় পড়ে।
  10. পরপর ৩ মাসের Fee বাকি থাকলে সেই ছাত্র-ছাত্রীকে Defaulter হিসেবে ধরা হবে এবং সমস্ত বাকি Fee ও late fine সহ সম্পূর্ণভাবে জমা না করা পর্যন্ত সেই ছাত্র/ছাত্রী class-এ অংশগ্রহণ করতে পারবে না।
  11. যারা New Admission / Re-Admission নিচ্ছেন, তারা ১ copy Passport Size recent ছবি অফিসে জমা করবেন ও সেই একই ছবি udayankalakendra@gmail.com-এ email করবেন।
  12. উদয়ন কলাকেন্দ্রের সমস্ত শাখা ও অফিস বৃহস্পতিবার বন্ধ থাকে।
